Refund policy

At Nyx Sticks, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or applied to another surface.
  • You must provide your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
  • The return must be approved by Nyx Sticks before it is shipped back.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been used, applied, damaged, altered, or customized specifically for the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gumihox33@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the item and, where applicable, the packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a product defect, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after purchasing, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email gumihox33@gmail.com with:

Subject: Return Request – [Order Number]

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Returns That Do Not Meet Our Requirements

Nyx Sticks reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item:

  • Has been used or applied
  • Has been damaged after delivery
  • Has been altered
  • Is missing required packaging or components
  • Is returned outside the applicable return period
  • Does not match the item originally purchased

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may instead provide a refund and allow you to place a new order.
